The expo hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on April 9 and 10, 2025.

As an exhibitor you have the benefit and preference of obtaining a free appointment with the buyer, as well as unlimited meetings.
If you are not an exhibitor and want to have a meeting with the buyer, it will be subject to availability and will have a cost for each meeting.
Instructions will be found in the exhibitor menu starting on April 1, 2025. If you have any problems with unloading and handling, there will be staff on the exhibition floor to assist you at any time.
The choice of your supplier for the special stand design is free of your choice, your supplier will only have to comply with a mandatory registration directly with the Expo Wiretech staff to register them as an authorized supplier, otherwise they will not be allowed entry to the exhibition floor before, during or after the event for security reasons.
