As an exhibitor you have the benefit and preference of obtaining a free appointment with the buyer, as well as unlimited meetings.
If you are not an exhibitor and want to have a meeting with the buyer, it will be subject to availability and will have a cost for each meeting.
The official event app is called Registrasso, and you need to download it a few days in advance to expedite your access and participation during the expo.
The day before the event, during the distribution of exhibitor badges, registration staff will be available to assist with the process. At that time, the company representative will be registered in the application, ensuring that all information is correctly linked for access and management within the event.
The choice of your supplier for the special stand design is free of your choice, your supplier will only have to comply with a mandatory registration directly with the Expo Wiretech staff to register them as an authorized supplier, otherwise they will not be allowed entry to the exhibition floor before, during or after the event for security reasons.
